Pizzeria Florian started as a boutique catering experience by veteran restauranteurs Jay Langfelder and Amanda Jones. Contemporary Neapolitan pizza combines with flavors from Italy and New York with a focus on local seasonal produce to make for a one of a kind dining experience. In February of 2024 Amanda and Jay expanded into their Restaurant location at 650 Main Street, East Aurora.
